Returns 

Returns Policy - 

If you need to return an item for exchange or refund please email thomas.westbury@icloud.com

Your request for exchange/ refund will be sent to the  customer services team to be reviewed.

Within your email please provide the reason for your return, using the options below… 

-Wrong size 

-Wrong colour 

-Damaged /Faulty 

- Wrong item 

-Poor quality 

- Exchange 

If you require an exchange for a different item please provide the product , size and colour within your email.

When your email is actioned and confirmed by Customer services then you will receive either your refund or new item within 21 days.  Within this time frame we will send out a returns label for the unwanted item for you to send back to us. 

You have 14 days to tell us that you would like a return / exchange from the date of delivery. 

Labels

A return label will be sent through via email to you as a QR code and scanned at a Evri drop off  point.

Refund 

A Refund will only be given depending on what is wrong with the item -alternatively the item can be exchanged.
